Close your DAW before installing or updating — a running DAW keeps the plugin file locked.
Windows. Run HOUZY-Setup.exe. The plugin goes to C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3.
Windows without the installer. Unzip the VST3 archive and put HOUZY.vst3 into C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3.
macOS. Double-click HOUZY-Installer.pkg and tick the formats you want: AU for Logic Pro and GarageBand, VST3 for everything else. Both are Universal (Apple Silicon and Intel).
The package is not signed with an Apple certificate yet, so macOS blocks it on first launch. Right-click the file → Open → Open again in the warning. Or: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway. Nothing is broken — macOS treats every unsigned installer this way.
Installing by hand. Put HOUZY.vst3 into /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/ or HOUZY.component into /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/, then clear the quarantine in Terminal (only the line for what you installed):
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/HOUZY.vst3
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/HOUZY.component
Restart your DAW and rescan plugins.
